How many pairs of custom socks do I need to order?
For import production, our minimum is 180 pairs.
For domestic production, our minimum is 480 pairs.
Do the custom socks come with packaging?
All custom socks come swift tagged with a j-hook and poly bag. We do also offer custom sock packaging if interested.
What is the custom sock made of?
We offer all sorts of different yarn fibers to knit our custom socks (cotton, organic cotton, polyester, nylon, wool, bamboo, cashmere, and others).
How many colors can we have on a custom sock?
For a knitted sock the number of colors is limited to 5 on a horizontal plane. See this image for reference.
What type of artwork do you need?
We require vector art for all custom sock designs and high res. images for any printed sock designs
How long does a custom sock order take?
Our standard lead time for a custom order is 10-12 weeks. We do offer an expedited option and lead time is 7-8 weeks.
Where is my sock being made?
We have production facilities in the US, China, Korea, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
Are there any art limitations?
For knitted designs the artwork can be anywhere other than the welt, heel, and toe.
Can I do a different design on the right and left custom sock?
You are able to do a different design on each custom sock, however the minimum increases to 360 pairs.
Do you offer sustainable yarn options?
Yes we do, we offer organic cotton, recycled polyester, and others.
Do you have a design team that can create a custom sock design for me?
Yes, we have an in-house design team that would be happy to put together a mockup for you. There is no art fee for the first design plus two edits. After that we will charge a design fee.

Does your pricing include shipping?
All of our orders ship FOB Wilmington, NC. There is an additional shipping charge from NC to your final location that will be added to your final invoice.
